Why is the "Alternative ISO Version" marked as "MANUAL"? It is a normal disk image, not a manual (the manual should be in the disk image directory though).

The mini-game works fine and the RUS version although I could not get the full Eng+ version to launch/access the video settings. I tried several solutions but I have no idea what affects it in this case. If someone could add the setup in Eng at least it would be helpful.
