Ah only the follow-up version "The Payoff" is listed as supporting MT-32. Sorry.

This game is supposed to have MT-32 support, but there's no driver for it and the setup program only supports Beeper, AdLib, and SoundBlaster...

I had this game all those years ago on the amiga,its really good and well worth a look.
im going to download it and relive my youth now and have a look at the payoff too,as i never got to play it.
