Okay, checked the game (Full-Rip of English version) today on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 10, the game works fine with all sounds.

I'd say maybe it is somehow related to dsound.dll, that file is responsible for DirectSound sound system. Try to download old dsound.dll and put it in game folder, here's dsound.dll for Tarzan game https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1338-dsounddll-for-tarzan/

Also, you can try dsound3d.dll https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1815-dsound3d/ or DSOAL https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1363-dsoal (that tool forces DirectSound to work through OpenAL)

And run the game in compatibility mode with Windows XP, maybe it will help

Same issue with the sound. Are there any workarounds to solve this do we know ?
