The eighties of the last century: excitedly some boys sit together with chips and beer and stare nervously at the TV. One of them has a club in his hand. A powerful instrument that is the envy of all the others. While he holds his fate in his hands, his friends are powerlessly condemned to watch. But their time will come too... No, this is not the birth of a new titty channel. This is Kaiser on the legendary Commodore 64!
Kaiser is a medieval economic simulation for up to ten human and electronic players vying for the imperial crown in Hot Seat mode. Based on the original, the Windows version offers many hours of gameplay.

Note that this game isn't the original Kaiser. It's basically a fangame by a german guy which is great by itself and has it's own merits. It uses the basic mechanics of Kaiser but enhances the experience by many different combat units and additional options. I played this game quite some time many years ago. Even better than this game is PC Kaiser, another german-only game unfortunately, that's much more complex, with diplomace, hereditary mechanics, a more strategic scope with a big, random world etc.
