Do you see any error messages when you can't execute this game?

If you can't execute any other games, I guess you have some problems perhaps with your emulator or the emulator doesn't work on your Operating System. It is likely that the emulator (32bit program) doesn't work on 64bit Operating Systems.

I have verified the emulators (Anex86 and Nekoproject) run on Windows XP (32bit). If your Operating System is Windows Vista or later, I'm sorry I can't check if the emulators run on those systems because I don't have them.

[Return] key is a term for PC-98. The equivalent key for IBM PC/AT is [Enter].

I cannot open this PC-98 Kakyusei, I use NEXT and the wording as follow:
