I wrote this over one winter in Leeds - wish I'd had more time to improve it but it's a copy of the BBC version already published by MicroPower.
I wrote it on an Apricot DOS PC with a z80 assembler written by a friend. Somewhere there's a 3 1/2 inch DOS disk with the source code on it. We built a simple PIO card which connected the parallel printer port on the apricot to the Amstrad 464 edge connector. It transferred the approx 16k binary in
