Description of Mad TV
Mad TV is a cult classic in Europe that is virtually unknown in the U.S. And that's a shame, because it is a fun, solid strategy game with a neat underlying plot. You start as a lowly reporter working to increase ratings of your TV station while pursuing the girl of your dreams. The AI in the form of competing TV stations is quite good, too! The animations of TV audiences also had me chuckle a lot :)
Mad TV 2 adds better graphics, more shows and options, and a lot of hilarious spoofs of real movies. Too bad only the German version was released :(

I play this game almost every night, with DOSBox I fast forward the slow parts with alt-F12, so I finish a game in about half an hour. It's like a card solitaire. I always wanted to know if there is any editor for the game (update movies, for example) and I would like to find answers to some questions that have haunted me for three decades (why do you transform into an alien by pressing the letter "j"? Why can you go up to the terrace? Why are there so many rooms that seem to have no role in the game? Questions, lots of questions.

I know it is completely subjective but I think it is the best DOS game ever. 30 years after I continue to play regularly.

Game exe is actually bilingual. On the first screen you can choose between German and English.

I used to have the DE version, so had not to much luck. Obvioulsy today I have the ENG version from the net. I play it on amiga WHDLoad is your friend in that case. Has no intro like PC, but has better music, and mouse works better than the dosbox. I love this game.

I still play it to this day! Normally I manage to kick out all opponents in less than 2 weeks in difficult mode.
My strategy: Loans/Satellites(1,0-2,5-2,5) then Spam Lovestory/BP Combo every day once critical 5m is reached.

Simply put... 5 stars well deserved ! I have played over 150 dos games .This is simply one of the best of the best !! Thanks to developers and abandonware :)
