Well, I can run the game by open the file named "OSHOF32", but it's "Oscar the Balloonist Discovers the Farm".

I can't run it in Windows 10 unfortunately, (neither any other of the TIVOLA games) is there any chance this could have an alternative installer or .exe? Thanks in advance!

I can't run it! On Windows 7 32-bit i could run it as-is, but there should be an alternative installer for this!
