Here is the video game “Skateboard Park Tycoon”! Released in 2001 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a simulation game, set in a managerial and skateboarding themes.
Skateboard Park Tycoon is the first tycoon ever to allow you to build, manage and skate your own parks.

I installed the NOCD version and the ISO version. This gave me FLT-USPT.BIN and FLT-USPT.CUE and flt-uspt.nfo. I then downloaded virtual clone drive. With this I was able to right click the .BIN file to mount it. I had a pop up asking me to decide what to do with this file and a second popup asking me if I wanted to run SkateApp.exe. I clicked yes and followed the install process on the game. I was not able to change the file location and upon close examination the file appeared to go nowhere. All the same, the next screen the game showed me was an option to play the game, but gave me an error message that the valid disc was not inserted. I then tried to replace the .EXE file that was in my "NOCD" file. Same issue, but I'm still unclear where to place the patched .EXE file if that isn't where I need to replace it. I do not get any cue or option to mount my .CUE file and I have a feeling that might be the issue but I'm not sure how to go about that. Any fixes?

I had the same problem as Phoenix. Installed fine and had the ISO mounted, but it wouldn't recognize the disk. I disassembled the EXE and patched it so now it will load. Simply install the game as normal, download the the patched EXE, and replace the SkateApp.exe in your install directory with the patched version. It will now recognize your mounted virtual drive!

I have this (the actual retail copy). After playing Tony Hawk, I was so excited to be creating parks, managing them, and skating in them! It turns out that the skating controls and gameplay are crap though. The soundtrack is also awful. Maybe three songs, at most. They play the whole time.
All in all, decent game for being a low-budget game, but don't expect Tony Hawk.
