Only way terrorist takedown covert operations works is simple put terrorist takedown war in colombia.exe file in terrorist takedown covert operations folder and delete covert operations.exe file or moved some other folders. It worked on windows 10. You can also use dgvoodoo 2.82.3 to patch terrorist takedown covert operation to upgrade directx compatibility. I used directx.dll files to improve gaming and it works. D3d9.dll or D3d9_31.dll for example.

If the game crashes on your Windows 10, simply copy the "Colombia.exe" file from the previous game in the Terrorist Takedown series "War in Colombia" to the folder with the game "Covert Operations". Now run this file (you don’t even need to rename anything). Ok! Now all will be fine without errors & crashes.

Crashes after some seconds into gameplay on Windows 10, had to play it on VMWare and Windows XP. Weirdly enough, I was able to play War in Columbia just fine on Windows 10
