Small update on adding the .dll files for the slow frame rate fix by HEISENBERG
The DDrawCompat .dll is the best option since you get a watermark with the dgVoodoo on some versions.
You want to test some of the versions of DDrawCompat though. The latest release v0.5.2 crashes the game on opening on Windows 10 but the v0.5.1 works perfectly (and most importantly without a watermark in the bottom right like the other .dll sources)

I'm on Windows 11.
Installed the game (which installed directdraw 8 and rebooted).
Patched the game to 1.1
Updated ddraw.dll
Overwrote SpringBreak.exe with the NoCD Version.
I launch the game and get title screens. I can browse the menus and select a starting island. As soon as I try to start, the loading screen appears for a split second, and the game crashes.
I've tried running as administrator. I've edited the properties of SpringBreak.exe to run in compatibility mode with Windows XP.
No luck.

Trying to patch beach life to 1.1 and it keeps saying that its an unknown version. god knows where im going wrong

In regards to F's comment, you need to extract from Virtual-Resort-Spring-Break_Win_EN_ISO-Version-Original-Version the SPRINGBREAK.iso from within then mount it like a CD/DVD drive. Use can Demon Tools for this, this will fix the installation problems of how it wont let you progress to install the game.

I can't get past the part of the installation that tells me to select a program folder, it won't let me advance if I make a new folder or if I use an old folder and there's no option to skip. Please help?

so I think I messed sth up. I had the original beach life CD which I tried installing, but it didn't work on my windows 10. I tried to solve it, but I forgot what I did and now I tried to instal the version from this website, but it returns an error (mss32.dll and ijl15.dll wasn't found). I noticed I already have beach life installed (not sure if it's from CD or some another version) and I cannot even uninstall it (it says the installation support file could not be installed).
No idea what to do now, I would be grateful for any help

-Low Frame Rate on Windows 10:
Download dgVoodoo 2 and copy DDraw.dll, D3DImm.dll from the \MS\x86\ folder to the game install directory
or
Download DDrawCompat and copy ddraw.dll to the game install directory

-Patching the game to v1.1:
Download the patch from The Patches Scrolls site and run the .exe file (you'll need to do this only for Virtual Resort: Spring Break as Beach Life comes already pre-patched)

-Topless guests:
Press Shift-Alt-T to toggle topless guests on and off (not a fix but funny indeed)

If you're having trouble running it on Windows 10, try installing the 1.1 patch and running the game in XP Service Pack 2 compatibility mode.

Your website is awesome for the older games, I just downloaded Beach Life, and I thought it would be a big hassle, and ads and viruses, or just have to sign up to eventually have to pay, but it went smooth and I for one am very appreciative for the game. Kudos!
