Description of World Heroes
World Heroes (aka アケアカNEOGEO ワールドヒーローズ, ワールドヒーローズ) is a video game published in 1994 on Genesis by SEGA of America, Inc., Tec Toy Indústria de Brinquedos S.A.. It's an action game, set in a fighting and versus fighting themes, and was also released on Neo Geo and Neo Geo CD.

All I can find is something weird "mame64" which I think I installed but the instructions are so garbled and don't make any sense. I tried to fiddle with it and put world hero into rom folder but only get a black screen when I tell it to run. It's really weird and there are no instructions that make sense.
