The game is installed and launched in all versions of Windows, starting from 95/98 and ending with more modern and 64-bit ones.
However, there are some subtleties: firstly, in order to avoid possible freezes when changing virtual disks, it is strongly recommended to copy the contents of disks 2 and 3 (namely, the GFX folder) to the directory with the game installed (which will require about 1.7 GB).
Secondly, in more modern versions of the OS, crashes to the desktop can occur in some places - especially when trying to dive into the water. To prevent this from happening, you need to run the executable in compatibility mode (at least with Windows XP) - and, of course, save the game more often.
