Installing on Windows 3.1 On DOS box gives the error: utopia.dll is missing, altho the file isn fact available in the mounted drive and in the correct place.

This isn't a game. This is a piece of software designed to replace the Windows 3.1 layout. But still, this does count as abandonware I think since it's abandonWARE.
