What about the sound issue? Has anyone fixed it? Sound has volume set to 1 in the options, and increasing it doesn't have any affect, as it gets reset back to 1 upon saving changes.

The NOCD crack doesn't work, the original one packed with the installer does.
Strangely, if you install the patch v1.01 (which is that "Fixed Setup" file), and apply the same Reloaded crack, the game still works, although I'm not sure if the patch changes work because I have no idea what was patched or not.
Regardless, if you want to stay on the safe side, install the game normally, crack it, and just play it. Ignore the patch, and especially the NoCD file from this site, as it doesn't work.
