Here is the video game “Apple Cider Spider”! Released in 1983 on Commodore 64, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's an action game, set in an arcade and platform themes and it was released on Apple II as well.

Used to laugh about the name of this game. It's a pretty decent platformer and had a nice challenge that wasn't based on terrible controls.
