Computer Diplomacy - Play Online

I played this game as a kid, kind of thirty years ago.
Could anyone remind me the commands? I remember you put the code of the origin province, then some letter to mark the action and then the code of the target province. And when you finish the commands, how do you end the turn?

For no apparent reason, I am getting a "failed to load game file".
Been playing for years..........no significant changes........
