Operation Neptune - Play Online
DOS - 1991
For small DOS games like Operation Neptune, you can play online immediately with your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer...). This feature is still experimental, the game may not work properly. Warning: game save should work, but you should try it early! Also, be careful to select the right game executable in the list below.
Emulator configuration
You have to choose the right game executable, then press PLAY.
To exit fullscreen mode, press escape. Playing experience can be poor due to your browser or your computer. Download Operation Neptune and launch it with DOSBox to have the best playing experience!
If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).

To run with sound, use the command ON.EXE -SA

I was looking for this for ages as a kid. Finally came across it here some ~25 years later. Beat Voyager, but I'll have to come back for Expert to get the real ending I suppose. I'm glad it exists here though, because I never got to beat it as a kid.

It doesn't actually need the disk to play in the browser, it's just running the wrong executable. From C:, do the following:
1. Type "cd super-~1"
2. Press ENTER
3. Type "on.exe"
4. Press ENTER

in the final level, the pathway ends at a dead end, there's nowhere to go.........???

I absolutely LOVED this game as a kid. The math problems were hard for me at the time. (I think I was 8 or 9?) But of course now they are easy breezy. I am so happy to have found this thank you! As for others, you just need DOSBox to play it, google it. No disc required. Works on a MAC too :D
