Man, the physics in this game are completely broken on new operating systems.. I can't even walk up on the sidewalks.. Lol, which means no progression.

Poor man's Cyberpunk 2077. Played in my childhood, there's some fun to be had here, but the game quickly gets boring. Long-distance walks with no vehicle or fast travel. Depending on the weapon you're using, combat varies between semi-decent and extremely boring. RPG systems are also kinda meh.
The one thing I have to give this game is it's plot. Maybe that's cause I didn't expect much, but it actually surprised me. It's not on a level of Bladerunner or Ghost in the Shell, but I must admit it's above average. Still, that's not enough of a reason to try this game.
This game tries to have everything, like Cyberpunk 2077, however by doing that it doesn't polish any single concept it has, which is worse than having one mechanic polished to perfection.
If you're interested in janky 2004 Cyberpunk-themed RPG made on a low budget, or you want to relive your nostalgia (which is the main reason 99% of us are here), then give this game a try. Otherwise, no point.

Thx Jack for info, BUT! To make it more precise, clone of deus ex 2 - the one that got poop wave. 2nd was not bad, but it was "forced into familly". This one is in "new" universe and is not simillar to nether 1st or 3rd deus ex.

Yeah, looks like uploader forgot to add disc 2. Look at archive.org https://archive.org/details/SabotainBreakTheRules , seems like it's the same version as this one.
About the game - it feels like low-budget clone of Deus Ex. It has interesting ideas and worldbuilding, but looks like developers haven't tested it enough, so there's a lot of bugs and broken scripts
