My brother and I loved this growing up on our grandma's computer, seeing the yeti always gave us a good scare and laugh afterwards. Works perfectly on Win11 with the Win7/8 download. No installation needed, it just works.

I was 6 years old when this first released. I'm now 38 and today, for the first time ever, I outran the Yeti. Never knew about pressing F during my childhood. This crossed a fat dose of nostalgia with the high of finally outrunning that bastard after 30+ years. My God... there's no other feeling like it in the world!

escaping the yeti
the yeti appears at distance 2000, escaping the yeti is hard, even with pressing f, sometimes a another yeti will come out of nowhere after escaping the first one! you'll have to be careful, alternately, you can go sideways and press any sideways button and you'll outrun the yeti! in a different way, quickly go fast and escape!
easter egg list
1. on rare chances, a dog will leave pee when it says "woof!" when you bump to him.
2. the yeti can appear at distance -122 (going up)
3. going up on that christmas rock to turn it to a mushroom
4. mostly known trick, jump over a deadbush to set it on fire
5. pause the game and press t to play in slow motion

It works perfect on Windows 10 (Windows 7/8 version)! Pure nostalgia.

Yes, Ski-Free will work in Windows 10, AS LONG as you get the 7/8 version. After all, Windows 10 isn't functionally different from Windows 8 in terms of compatiability.
